Terms of Service

1. Service Description
The AI OS Platform provides AI-powered business operations tools including content generation, analysis, reporting, compliance documentation templates, and workflow automation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use one account per person. You must be at least 18 years old. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: input patient PHI without a BAA, generate harmful or illegal content, reverse-engineer AI models, exceed rate limits, share credentials, or use outputs in violation of applicable regulations.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You own the content you input and the outputs generated for you. We retain no rights to your outputs. Our platform, code, and workflows are our intellectual property. Your inputs are not used to train AI models.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All outputs are AI-generated and require human review. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Clinical outputs are templates requiring licensed professional review. Financial outputs are estimates, not audited statements. Legal outputs are templates and not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.
6. Billing and Payment
Pricing as agreed in your service agreement. Partner billing is monthly, net-30. Service may be suspended for overdue payments exceeding 60 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for decisions based on AI-generated outputs.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Your data is available for export for 30 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
State of Tennessee, United States. Disputes resolved in Davidson County, Tennessee courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
